How do I get started?
First,  choose which service you desire then proceed to our secure online checkout (credit/debit card will NOT be charged until after services are complete). After your purchase you will be directed to the "Request Support" form. Fill out the form with the date and time you would like us to fix your computer/gadget. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on how to login in to the secure area for your support session to begin. Can anyone else connect to or remotely control my PC? 
NO. Only the computer you invite can connect to your computer. Once the session has ended the small applet that allowed the technician to view your computer uninstalls itself. At this time the PIN you originally entered allowing the technician view/fix your computer will no longer be valid. What is remote computer support? 
Remote computer support, also known as "online support", allows us to remotely view your computer screen and securely fix most computer problems through the Internet.   This type of computer support works through "desktop sharing" technology. Are your services secure? 
YES. When you log in to our Secure Online Support Center you are initiating an End-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption between your computer and a technician's computer. This is a unique one-to-one session that can not be viewed or accessed by anyone else during the session. You are in control the entire time. Only you can initiate a remote support session with a generated PIN number and you can end a session. During your session you will see the technician using your cursor to locate and fix problems. Can you get back into my computer after my session?
NO. Can you provide remote support through a dial-up connection?  
Yes, we will try. However, please understand Dial-up connection can be very slow and in some cases service we will not be able to be started or completed. Can you support older computers? 
The oldest computers we typically service are PCs running the Windows 98 operating system.  If your PC is older than 6 years or has Windows 95/98/ME/2000 it is more difficult to correct problems and prevent new problems from happening. back to top
                                                                                                                                   

Can you seriously recover deleted photos, music,etc... from my memory card or flash drive?  
YES...we can in most all cases. We can effectively recover lost, deleted, corrupted or formatted photos and video files from various memory cards. Almost all memory card types including SD (Secure Digital) Card, CF (Compact Flash) Card, xD Picture Card, Memory Stick, MicroDrive, SmartMedia Card, MMC (MultiMediaCard), MicroSD, MiniSD, SDHC and more. If you have accidentally lost, deleted or formatted your memory card stop using it immediately, as new data will go over the older deleted media, then request our services.  We can normal recover data off of a crashed computer hard drive too!
