Quick step by step demonstration of how it works

service or contact us at (618) 340-5086 or (866) 579-6360 toll free and we can discuss your problem and let you know how we can help. We will provide you with your session PIN.
3. To allow a technician to connect to your computer and fix your problem go to the
secure login and enter the PIN number provided. Type in your PIN that has been provided by email or telephone.
4. Once this key is entered you'll be prompted to install a small software application which will allow the technician to remotely repair your computer as if he was right their next to you. All communication between you and your technician is 256-bit SSL-encrypted, and you will be able to permit or deny access at all times during the session. Click ‘Run’ when prompted.
5. Then another screen will ask you to run or download the facility. Press RUN.
6. After the download is completed you will install the software. Press RUN. Notice the software has been approved by a trusted publisher.
7. After pressing the RUN button, the software will be installed and Compfixer Inc.'s Remote Support screen will appear. The technician will be able to chat with you online!
8. Once this remote request has been initiated, the technician will be able to see your screen and begin the support service. You will be able to chat with the technician at all times during the support session and you have the ability to stop Remote Control or disconnect at any time. Here is a view of the technicians console where your desktop is viewed. When the session is over the software will uninstall itself.
